be a long time

Wow has it been awhile. Right now Shon is in T-bal and enjoying it. Shad is working for Cut-Co selling kitchen knives, gardening tools, and outdoor knives. He is enjoying that. I am working on loosing weight along with my family. We have a blog set up called Getting Healthy, Staying Fit Together.
